What you will learn
Menu: Parmesan Polenta with Roasted Wild Mushrooms - Seared Pork Tenderloin Stuffed with Tuscan Kale and Pancetta - Vanilla Panna Cotta with Chianti Poached Pears

Class Description: Join us in the kitchen for a delightful dinner in Tuscany—no passport required! Rustic yet refined Tuscan cuisine is famous for using simple ingredients and preparations to create delicious, bold flavors. You’ll work alongside other students learning techniques for stuffing a pork loin then, searing and roasting it to perfection. Our instructor will share secrets for creating perfectly creamy polenta, working with gelatin, poaching in spiced wine and more. Once you discover how easy it is to create a sumptuous Tuscan meal, you’ll want to share your passion for cooking with family and friends.

What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
