If you love pasta (and who doesn’t?), nothing is more rewarding than making your own from scratch. In this hands-on class, we’ll show you how simple it is to mix, roll, and cut fresh pasta. You’ll learn the secrets of cooking pasta to perfection, along with some delicious recipes for seasonal sauces. Buon appetito!
