Class Description: Eating healthy doesn’t have to mean sacrificing flavor, especially when it comes to Mediterranean cuisine. In this hands-on class, we'll explore the health benefits of enjoying a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, fresh fish and whole grains. Our instructor will introduce you to classic Mediterranean ingredients and walk you through techniques for everything from properly poaching salmon to working with beans and fresh herbs. Plus, we’ll show you how to prepare a sweet-tooth-pleasing dessert you can enjoy anytime, without guilt.
