What you will learn
Eggs are widely used in many types of dishes. From sweet to savory, eggs have the power to thicken, bind, glaze and leaven our creations. Eggs are versatile, quick cooking and are a great source of protein. In this class, students will learn how to purchase and store eggs while using them in a variety of dishes.

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Work side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish
