Our instructor will introduce you to the art – and wonder – of cooking with spices. You'll work alongside classmates learning to prepare four essential spice mixes: Garam Masala, Za'Atar, Adobo, and Ras El Hanout. Plus, we'll share secrets for toasting and grinding spices to achieve maximum flavor. Join us and discover how easy it is to add worlds of flavor to your favorite dishes.
