In our hands-on class, you'll learn easy, traditional French techniques for introducing a bit of culinary <>i>savoir-faire into your own kitchen. We'll teach you how to put the perfect roast on a chicken, develop flavors in a caramelized onion soup, use deceptively easy techniques for a tarte tatin and more.
