What you will learn
Have you ever looked through a bakery window and asked yourself "Why can’t I do that?" well the answer is you can! After taking this class you will be able to build individual molded desserts that will impress even the toughest of critics. You will learn basic techniques, such as sponge cakes, meringue, whipped ganache, and how to work with gelatin. By the end of the class you will have transformed these simple techniques and ingredients into fantastic individual-sized desserts.
