What you will learn
Menu: Saffron and Parmesan Risotto (Risotto alla Milanese) - Delicata and Kale Farroto with Goat Cheese - Truffled Mushroom Risotto

Class Description: Chase away the winter chill with a smooth, creamy risotto—the ultimate Italian comfort food. As part of our series exploring traditional Italian techniques, this hands-on risotto class will share secrets for seasoning and balancing flavors and achieving the perfect consistency every time. You’ll enjoy working alongside classmates, honing knife skills as we prep seasonal produce and incorporate luxurious ingredients like saffron and truffle oil. Plus, we’ll show you a new twist on risotto made with farro, an ancient grain with a nutty flavor and chewy texture.
