What you will learn
Join us for a fun night exploring some of the wonderful flavors and ingredients that make Spanish cuisine a favorite all over the world: olive oil, Manchego, paprika, chorizo, saffron, sherry and more. We'll prepare a complete dinner that highlights delicious, seasonal flavors that evokes the country of Spain in every bite.

Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish
