What you will learn
Cooking fish at home may seem a little challenging, but in this class we'll show you how quick, simple, and satisfying it can be. Our instructor will share tips for taking advantage of what's available at market, then walk you through the steps to attaining the perfect sear, grill, and roast on an assortment of fresh fish. Plus, you'll learn how to enhance flavor with your own homemade vinaigrette, salsa, aioli, and pan sauce. Best of all, each fabulous fish dish takes just 30 minutes start to finish!
