What you will learn
We’ll explore the diverse foods of Spain, and share with students the methods for making a classic summer soup, authentically Spanish fried potatoes, and a traditional Spanish spicy sauce with seared pork. We’ll show you how to finish the meal on a deliciously high note with a dessert that features olive oil as its base.

Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish
