Class Description: Apples—not just for cider anymore! Enjoy some quality time in the kitchen with your family as we celebrate everyone’s favorite autumn fruit. In this fun, hands-on class, young chefs will work alongside parents to create sweet and savory dishes showcasing apples. You’ll practice fundamental cooking techniques, from knife skills and safety to baking and roasting. Plus, you’ll laugh and learn as you practice incorporating apples into soup, meatloaf and a scrumptious dessert. Make the harvest season extra special by creating a tasty meal—and precious memories—with your little loved ones.
