What you will learn
If you love fresh pasta but think you could never make it yourself, this class will change your mind. Our instructor demystifies the process, walking you step by step through techniques for making perfect dough every time. You and your young aspiring chef will practice hand rolling pasta in three different styles and learn the secrets for drying and cooking it. Plus, we’ll prepare three autumn-inspired sauces to complement our pasta, including a nutty pesto, a creamy lemon sauce and a delightfully spicy tomato sauce. Once you discover how easy it is to make fresh pasta at home, you'll want to say ciao to pre-packaged noodles forever.
