What you will learn
On a chilly autumn evening, there's nothing quite as comforting as a hot bowl of homemade soup. In this hands-on class, our instructor will walk you through essential soup-making techniques, from selecting a base to complement your meat and vegetables to combining spices for maximum flavor. You'll work alongside other students learning to transform seasonal ingredients into a variety of savory soups. After mastering a few basics, you'll look forward to creating delicious soups featuring your own unique mix of ingredients and spices.
