Class Description: For this special hands-on class, we’ll grab a farm box from Five Marys Farms and you can join us in the kitchen to learn how to use their products to create a few amazing recipes. Mary and Brian Heffernan from Five Marys will be on hand in the kitchen to talk about their small family farm, their philosophy and their animals.
At Five Marys Farms, they believe in selling only the finest meat. And the finest meat comes from animals and land that are well cared for. There are no shortcuts. They are a small family ranch and as a family, vigilantly care for each of their animals. They raise premium beef, pork, lamb, eggs and other farm products on their ranch in Fort Jones, CA, and ship to customers anywhere in the US.
