Seasonal Fresh Pasta - Seasonal Fall Soup
What you will learn
During Fall the farmer's market is at its peak, with both the best of summer's bounty and the tastes of autumn's harvest. In this class, we'll travel as a group to the Mass Farmers Markets’ Copley Square Market and shop for our ingredients. Upon returning from the market, we'll cook a delicious meal inspired by our market finds.
*Please Note: Class will meet at the Sur La Table kitchen then head over to the market. Once we've completed our shopping, we'll come back to the kitchen and prepare an amazing menu with the items we found.
What To Expect:
Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
