We all love Italian food, sure, but we’ll take this opportunity to help you master some authentic dishes in this varied cuisine. Here, we’ll celebrate the distinctly southern Italian favorites. Our chef instructor will show students how to take advantage of traditional Sicilian ingredients to create rustic and amazing restaurant-quality dishes like a grilled swordfish, handmade cannoli and more.
