What you will learn
Menu: Coleslaw with Lemon and Fresh Herbs – Buttermilk Fried Chicken - Bacon and Brown Sugar Baked Beans - Strawberry Shortcakes

Class Description: Learn everything you need to pull off a fun and festive 4th of July celebration. In this hands-on class, our instructor will share secrets for creating buttermilk fried chicken featuring moist and tender meat with a delightfully crisp crunch. We’ll show you how to create a tasty twist on classics like coleslaw and baked beans that taste like they cooked all day but really take less than one hour. Plus, we’ll walk you through the steps for preparing a crowd-pleasing dessert bursting with the flavors of fresh summer fruit. Join us and celebrate your freedom from ordinary picnic or cookout fare.

What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
