What you will learn
Join us for this fun, hands-on class and learn to recreate traditional French bistro fare at home. Our instructor will walk you through the steps of preparing delicious marinated steak and crispy pomme frites. You'll work alongside other students learning to make savory compound butter, decadent chocolate sauce, and quick-and-easy steamed mussels. Plus, we'll share secrets for achieving a perfectly risen soufflé that's sure to make family and friends say "ooh la la!"
