A flaky, luscious croissant or pastry and a cup of espresso is what they need to start the day and in this class, you’ll learn how to create patisserie-quality French pastries at home. Our expert chef instructor will walk you through techniques for making a variety of classic pastries and fillings. These delicate beauties are easier to make than you might think.
