In this hands-on class, you'll learn traditional French techniques for transforming seasonal ingredients into the rich, delicious cuisine of Burgundy. Our instructor will walk you through the steps of preparing choux pastry, sautéing green beans, and braising beef. Plus, you'll discover secrets for making perfect tart pastry filled with delectable chocolate custard. Bon appetit!
