For this special hands-on class, we'll teach you how to recreate four fabulous dishes inspired by the film. Our instructor will walk you through traditional French techniques, from creating classic omelets to mastering homemade vinaigrette. Plus, we'll show you how to create zesty lamb brochettes and the quintessential French potato dish: pommes Anna. After learning a few essentials, you'll look forward to treating family and friends to a delectable menu of French favorites.
What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
