What you will learn

According to well-heeled food lovers, the city of Lyon is a culinary capital second to none.
In this class we’ll share a full meal of dishes—from appetizer to dessert—that run the gamut from elegant and sophisticated to rustic and hearty. You’ll learn how to utilize authentic regional ingredients found in this area and then how to put a modern twist on several traditional favorites.
