With Summer comes a bounty of fresh fruit. In this class our instructor will walk you step-by-step through the basics of how to create delicious desserts with a French twist. From a rainbow of colors in a classic tart to the tart cloud of soufflés, you will walk away with the confidence to impress your guests this season.

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish
