Our instructor will walk you through the steps for creating a menu of classics from pastry tart dough to pan-roasted chicken and ratatouille. You'll work alongside classmates learning to prepare savory grilled Haricot Vert and your own homemade vinaigrette. Plus, we'll share secrets for achieving a perfectly risen soufflé. Bon appetit!
