Each dish will be designed to highlight the flavors and diversity of Sugpiaq’s freshly caught crab. Guest will learn how to prepare both whole crab and crab pieces and how to maximize the flavor and quality of each delicious dish.

What could be better than a succulent dinner of fresh caught Alaskan crab? The answer: learning the professional chef secrets and tricks to cooking this gem of the ocean perfectly at home. For this class, Sugpiaq Seafood, a boutique Alaskan fishery that catches, custom processes, and gives its clients direct access to their fishery, will be teaming with us to provide you with the very best seasonal, fresh crab. Sugpiaq Seafood has been featured at such notable restaurants as Wolfgang Puck, Bellagio, Emeril Lagasse, and Wynn Las Vegas and, now, in your very own crab dinner.
