This class is perfect for anyone who wants to try their hand at creating delicious and easy-to-make gluten-free and dairy-free treats. Based on The Intolerant Gourmet, the cookbook by legendary food maven Barbara Kafka, our chef instructors will show you how to satisfy your cravings for baked goods and desserts. We’ll show you how to make a silky ice cream, delectable doughnuts, a rich dessert cream, and toaster-worthy English Muffins without wheat or dairy products. Being gluten or dairy free doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice rich flavors and satisfying fare—not with our help, at least.
