What you will learn
Pillow-soft and light, gnocchi exists to melt in your mouth and vanish from your plate. In this technique-driven workshop you’ll learn how to create these classic Italian dumplings from scratch. You’ll discover terrific dough recipes, learn easy sauces and gain all the methods you need to create exceptionally tasty and consistently beautiful gnocchi.
