What you will learn
On a chilly autumn evening, there's nothing quite as comforting as a hot bowl of hearty, homemade stew. In this hands-on class, we'll show you how to combine ingredients such as vegetables and meats with a variety of flavorings to get the maximum flavor from your stews.
Our instructor will walk you through the steps for everything from braising meat and vegetables to cooking white beans and lentils. You'll work alongside other students learning seasoning techniques as you prepare four delicious autumn-inspired stews. With the skills you learn in this class, you can create a lifetime of satisfying stews featuring your own unique mix of ingredients and spices.
