What you will learn
Creating restaurant-quality grilled seafood at home is much easier than you might think. In this hands-on class, our instructor will share techniques for perfectly grilling mussels, shrimp and salmon and using a salt slab for exceptionally flavorful scallops. You'll learn to determine doneness like a pro and create your own homemade salsa and glazes. After mastering a few basics, you'll be ready to wow friends and family with spectacular seafood dinners.
