In Sur La Table’s Great Restaurant series our chef instructors show students how to prepare at home an assortment of signature dishes selected from the country’s finest restaurants and most acclaimed chefs.In this class we head back to Los Angeles, a bubbling melting pot of global cuisines and culinary creativity. In this class you’ll explore the vibrant flavors created by some of the city’s most renowned chefs. Take a whirlwind tour of dishes inspired by the best of China, Italy, Mexico, and Spain in our kitchens. Our chef instructors will show you how to recreate these amazing recipes, served in celebrated LA hot spots.
