Ingredients
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup + 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- ½ small avocado
- ½ cup fresh herbs (parsley, basil, cilantro, and chives)
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Procedure
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Adjust seasoning to taste and blend again until the color turns a vibrant green.
Serve in a dip bowl and use the back of a spoon to make pretty swirls.
Drizzle with olive oil and serve with a variety of crisp veggies and crackers or pita bread.
