What you will learn
Great takeout begins in your backyard. Join us as we demonstrate how the great convenience of your grill can become your own private pizzeria and home to some of the best gourmet pizza you’ve ever had. First we’ll create an excellent pizza dough from scratch, then we’ll grill it to perfection. Then we’ll show you how to create unique flavor combinations that are as wholesome as they are indulgently delicious.

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
