What you will learn
Grilling seafood may seem daunting, but this class will show you how simple and satisfying it can be. We'll share tips for taking advantage of what's available at the market, then walk you through the steps for preparing perfectly grilled shrimp, fish, scallops, and fish. Our instructor will introduce you to a variety of techniques from traditional grilling to enhancing flavor with a salt slab or cedar plank. Plus, you'll learn how to take seafood to a whole new level with a homemade vinaigrette, aioli, and relish.
