What you will learn
In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to prepare pasta from scratch with Chef Nate Lindsay, one of DC’s up and coming chefs. Chef Lindsay will walk you through the steps of preparing the dough, resting and rolling into sheets. You’ll work partner with classmates to use fine, seasonal ingredients to create three delicious dishes. Finally, Chef Lindsay will guide you on how to construct the dishes and experience the taste of fresh pasta. Once you see how easy it is to make pasta, you’ll never pick up a box of dried pasta again.

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
