In this hands-on class, we'll share tips and techniques for making the most of fresh, seasonal ingredients. Our instructor will show you simple ways to prepare meats without excess calories–from searing to pan roasting. You'll work alongside other students learning secrets for braising, making risotto, and creating your own marinade and relish from scratch. Once you master the fundamentals of healthy cooking, you'll look forward to providing your family a lifetime of great-tasting, good-for-you meals.
