Class Description: With an emphasis on easy delicious meals the entire family will love, Michelle Greenebaum from Together In The Kitchen brings you healthy recipes to enjoy this holiday season and throughout the year.
Michelle Greenebaum is a nutrition consultant and healthy cooking instructor. As owner of Together In The Kitchen, Michelle’s focus is on “Healthy Eating For Busy Families,” teaching people how to incorporate more real food into their busy lives with step-by-stop coaching. She creates and shares family-friendly, nutrient-dense recipes and meal plans that are easy to follow so you can get more home cooked dinners on the table faster. She offers participants the opportunity to ask questions on a range of nutritional topics from healthy products to raising healthy eaters (starting from baby’s first foods, toddlerhood, childhood, and into adulthood).
Participants are encouraged to bring questions about starting a real-foods diet, food allergies/intolerances, meal planning, family dinner strategies and picky eaters. All recipes are refined sugar-free, dairy-optional, and include gluten-free & Paleo alternatives for those who request them.
