Our instructor will guide you as we explore a variety of vibrant dishes influenced by the cuisines of Italy, Spain France and Greece. Healthy and bursting with bright flavors, you’ll prepare dishes that dazzle with freshness and classic elements of olive oil, fish, lemon and tomatoes. You’ll master an easy and delicious menu that’s perfect for entertaining or family dinners.

Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish
