What you will learn
In this class we will help you transform classic Italian favorites into their healthier versions. Students will learn some great new recipes, essential cooking techniques and, most importantly, great alternatives to eat healthier without compromising on taste.

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
