What’s the difference between a bagel and a bialy? If you want to find out, this is the class for you. We’ll boil, garnish, and bake our creations on stones in the oven for that perfect chewy texture. Slather on the flavored cream cheese you’ll make your fellow students, and learn that with the right ingredients and techniques, both bagels and bialys are fun and easy to make at home.
