Class Description: Is there anything better than cheese? Well, yes: homemade cheese! And it’s easier to make than you might think. We’ll teach you how to make a variety of classic cheeses with suggestions for embellishing them. By the end of class, you’ll be more critical of store-bought cheese and on the way to invigorating your favorite recipes and wine pairings with your new skills. Join us in discovering the remarkable deliciousness and versatility of fresh cheese.
