You’ll learn a few terrific dough recipes along with easy sauces and all the techniques you need to ditch gluey pre-packaged gnocchi for good. These recipes are so easy to make you’ll want to have gnocchi with just about everything.

What To Expect:

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
