Pizza Dough – Margherita Pizza – Grilled Pear Pizza with Crumbled Blue Cheese, Walnuts and Honey
What you will learn
Who wants pizza? Nothing draws everyone together faster than fresh, hot cheesy, zesty pizza. Learn how easy it is to make pizzeria-quality right from home! Sundays in April at most of our culinary locations we will host an hour-long demo class for 32 lucky pizza lovers (so register quickly!). A Sur La Table chef instructor will create fresh dough and sauce from scratch and showcase everything from stand mixers and grill skillets to pizza stones and pizza peels. Everyone will enjoy a generous taste of each pizza pie.
Each class runs for one hour and costs $5, with all proceeds donated to Wholesome Wave, a national nonprofit dedicated to providing community access to fresh, local produce for all people regardless of income and supporting local farms.
