Making fresh ravioli and tortellini at home is much easier than you might think and just as delicious as you imagine. In this class, you’ll learn to mix homemade pasta dough, then roll and cut it. Our chef instructor will show you how to prepare some delicious seasonal fillings and walk you through the steps of stuffing and shaping dough. Then you’ll finish your stuffed pasta creations with simple, freshly made sauces that complement the stuffings. Buon appetito!
