What you will learn
Crafting your own fresh pasta is much easier than you might think. Our chef instructor will demonstrate how you may create perfect pasta dough and flavorful, seasonal fillings. Then you’ll learn the basics of stuffing and shaping the dough to transform each delicious element into beautiful ravioli. Finally you’ll pair your handcrafted pasta with smooth, tasty, complementary sauces. There’s nothing more satisfying than fresh pasta and with this class you’ll feel confident enough to make it fresh, right at home.
