What you will learn
If you love Indian food, but think it's too complicated to create at home, this class will change your mind. Our instructor will introduce you to the ingredients and spices that make Indian cuisine so uniquely delicious. You'll work alongside classmates learning to prepare everything from an authentic curry to everyone's favorite, Tikka Masala. We'll show you how to make your own chutney and raita and share the secrets for making traditional chapati flatbread. Once you master a few essentials, you'll enjoy treating family and friends to a sumptuous Indian feast.
