What you will learn
Our instructor, Antonio Di Giammarco will be teaching this class in Italian with Barbara Dimas interpreting. Antonio was born in Pescara, and now lives in Tuscany near Montalcino where he teaches cooking classes for small groups. We will be making pasta from scratch, and students will learn pasta making, rolling, forming and filling techniques as well as simple, traditional sauces.
