Japanese cuisine is known for its fresh & unique flavors, ingredients, and beautifully composed presentations. Japanese dishes look clean and simple but can seem very intimidating to make at home. Through this hands-on class, you will learn how to recreate some basic dishes that you may find at your favorite Japanese restaurants. You’ll discover how to use traditional ingredients and learn about the flavors of Japan.
