This knife sharpener is the perfect tool for sharpening metal and ceramic knife blades. Featuring both a whetstone and diamond wheel, this sharpener is elegant, efficient and easy to use. Simply open its cover and pour water onto its wheels. Then, hold the grip tightly and move the blade back and forth through the guidance slot. After sharpening, open its cover and clean the inside with more water.
Please note this Kasumi Hand-Held Diamond Knife Sharpener is designed for slimmer Japanese-style knives which are sharpened on both sides. It is not suitable for Sashimi knives, which are sharpened on one side only, nor for some of the broader-bladed European style knives.
