What you will learn
Break out the chopsticks— your kids will enjoy working alongside classmates learning to make delicious Chinese dishes.Our instructor will cover fundamentals such as basic knife skills, reading recipes and the importance of kitchen safety. Your little chef will gain confidence in the kitchen as well as practice techniques for perfectly creating homemade dumplings, learning how to stir-fry vegetables and noodles, and end on a sweet note with fresh ginger ice cream. Each class runs for two hours and kids will enjoy a generous sample of every delectable dish.
